How Does the Healthy Transformation Program Work?

Your new program begins with you and your coach reviewing where you are currently, what you’re trying to accomplish, and what you’ve tried already.

This first touch point is also when we’ll discuss your schedule, any injuries or movement limitations we need to consider, and where best to start. Your new program will not only be evidence-based, it will also work for you.

Your training program is delivered via the Trainerize app. Trainerize is the number one online training software available today. You can’t manage what you don’t measure, and Trainerize makes data tracking and communicating with your coach seamless. Our clients love it because it saves them time and helps them stay on track.

    Andrew Barr, MSc, CEP, CSCS

    Hi, I’m Andrew. I’m an Exercise Physiologist and Strength Coach and it’s my job to guide you on the path to making healthy eating and weekly training a permanent part of your life.

    Just about everyone wants to be healthier or more fit. And everywhere you look, there’s a new gym opening, a new popular group class, or a “superfood” that’s supposed to be the magic bullet. And yet, people are still struggling. Clearly, something is missing.

    I created this program to provide people with the things that really work.
