    My name is Andrew, and I’m an Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer in Ottawa.
    I love working with anyone who wants to see what an effective training program can do for them.

    My training approach is safe, sustainable, and effective. We’ll work together to create a plan to achieve your goals, whether you want to lose weight and keep it off, return to activity after an injury, or push yourself to a whole new level.
