HI, I'M ANDREW

I’m a Strength Coach and Personal Trainer, and I love my job.

I help people get stronger and move better. Strength training is an essential part of athletic development, a healthy and pain free adulthood, and an active independent retirement. There is nothing in human life that isn’t made easier by being stronger and having access to more pain free movement.

I founded Barr Health and Fitness with a goal to bring effective training to as many people as possible. What started as my own personal training practice has grown into a team of coaches training clients in different cities and via an online platform available to people all over the world.

If you decide to work with us you can expect to work with a professional, knowledgeable coach who will challenge you. You’ll follow a structured training program based on science-backed training methods. No fads, gimmicks or quick fixes here.
