    Frequently Asked Questions

    What are the Workouts Like?

Taking advantage of more than 30 yards of high-quality turf at Titan Peformance, we use low-intensity track and field style drills to develop good walking mechanics, improve balance, and build up your heart and lungs. Next, we spend a few minutes on core strength and breathing, and then we get into our main strength exercises of the day. Each workout has a different focus, but we stick to fundamental strength exercises and adapt them to the unique needs of each person in the class. Senior Strength is a workout first and foremost but there are plenty of breaks for instruction, discussion of new concepts, and to just take a break. You will work hard, but this is not hard core.

Where Does Senior Strength Take Place?

Senior Strength is offered at Titan Performance, located inside the Richcraft Sensplex, two minutes from the Queensway at the Montreal Road Exit. Titan Performance is a state-of-the-art training facility. Senior Strength takes place during the day and the facility is generally quiet.
